Smartz Trainer does not collect any personally identifiable information from its Users. The App is designed as a training material for the carers on how to use the Smartz system for the care of the residents and it does not require or utilize any personal data.

The App may collect certain non-personal information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device being used, the device’s unique device identifier, the IP address of your device, operating system version, and other diagnostic data. This information is used solely for the purpose of improving the functionality and performance of the App.

3. Location Data

The App uses location permissions to facilitate Bluetooth scanning purposes. This is essential for detecting and communicating with nearby Smartz pods. The location data collected is only used for Bluetooth scanning functionality and is not stored or shared.

Non-personal information collected by the App is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
