1. Information Collection and UseSmartz Scanner does not collect any personally identifiable information from its Users. The App is designed to act as a Smartz Node(IoT gateway) mesh networks, which is to transmit data from the Smartz pod nearby and it does not require or utilize any personal data.

Log DataThe App may collect certain non-personal information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device being used, the device’s unique device identifier, the IP address of your device, operating system version, and other diagnostic data. This information is used solely for the purpose of improving the functionality and performance of the App.
3. Location DataThe App uses location permissions to facilitate Bluetooth scanning purposes. This is essential for detecting and communicating with nearby Smartz pods. The location data collected is only used for Bluetooth scanning functionality and is not stored or shared.
4. Data RetentionNon-personal information collected by the App is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
5. Data SharingSmartz Scanner does not share any user data with third parties. All data collected by the App is used solely for the purpose of improving the functionality and performance of the App and is not shared, sold, or distributed to any external parties.
